Kids Taiko Dodon
Program Overview
Taiko Dojo Dodon invites children aged 6 to 12 to explore the rhythm and excitement of taiko drumming. Our classes provide an unique opportunity for kids to learn about traditional Japanese drumming while immersing themselves in Japanese culture.
Plus, taiko drumming is a fantastic way for children to stay active and burn off some energy!
After-school class is offered weekly and run for 45 minutes. Students perform once or twice a year at Christmas Concert and Asian Heritage Month Gala events.
The classes are conducted in both Japanese and English. Whether your child prefers English, Japanese, or both, they can enjoy participating comfortably.
Schedule
- Once a month on Saturday
from September through June - 1:00 – 1:45pm
Fees
- Annual Fee $100 (10 class)
- or $15 per class
Sign up together with Genki Kids Club and receive a coupon!
Once you sign up for either Dodon or Genki Kids, we will send you a coupon code for $50 off the annual fee to use for the other course. For a single class, we will send you a coupon for $5 off for the other course. However, this coupon must be used on the same day as the other course.
